“Take the gold, yet forgo heaven. Be embraced among the Seven.”

Possible scenario hooks:

  • The clergy wants the heathen Sin-Eater gone. They’ll re-baptise you afterwards.
  • Rumors tell of a hoard of treasure, guarded by celebrators of sin.
  • After a heinous murder, furies convince a party member to join them at this site.

This was excellent work and was a stand out for the Appx N submissions, but leave the on glyph unlit and let folks explore the narrative space it creates.

I see where you're coming from, but I opted for safety. My thinking is that a GM, if they know their group can handle it, could always choose to deactivate it.

Agree, but that cuts both ways. All of the glyphs could theoretically require crossing personal boundaries.

A beautifully concise den of sin. Interesting magical items and foes that conflict well with each other and the players. I love the information design here. So much is conveyed through clever use of the map. Keying it with icon-like illustrations is brilliantly done.

Thank you very much!
